Communication and Teamwork

This page includes a few projects that required proper communication and teamwork in order to completed. The two listed projects are mini practicum projects conducted of a few weeks in the semester as part of the MB 585 Industry Case Studies course work.  

Dr. Gavin Willams

This was a mini practicum project that was conducted by my team and I over the course of a few weeks. We worked with Dr. Willams to see if there was a market for a novel 1-step enzymatic conversion of Erythromycin to Clarithromycin that he discovered. 

Dr. Scott Belcher

This mini practicum project was conducted by my team and I over the course of a few weeks. We worked with Dr. Belcher on a a novel assay used to assess binding affinity of a protein of interest to PFAS. My team and I identified potential applications of the assay, companies that may be interested in the product, and conducted a comparison of other current solutions on the market.
